Experience: 10 plus years’ experience in IT or Project Management related functions.
As the CRM Solutions Architect will be responsible for successfully managing the delivery of the CRM suite of applications and functions to the end-users to include management of vendors, the definition of solution portfolios and testing of systems and solutions. A CRM Solutions Architect is also expected to be able to perform a level of project management in order to implement application and system-level project
Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions in the CRM domain to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings.
Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements. Standardize and simplify existing global application framework.
Develop and enforce quality standards in respect to IT Architecture and Portfolio.
Manages changes and projects within the CRM solutions domain.
